In light of our world today's misunderstanding of what a DEI Hire is, just to inform some folks, they are the most qualified to do the job. Because people do not look for minorities for positions this was the guarantee that they would be looked at, not hired. Getting hired is because they were qualified. Show the world you earned it. let'em try and take your black job as long as they earned it it's cool!
