MerchYeah does not manually approve, decline, or hold funds from declined payment attempts. Payments are processed automatically between our payment processor and your card issuer or bank.
If your payment is declined or not immediately accepted, please double check that your billing details are correct, including your name, card number, CVC, billing address, and ZIP code. This information must match the card or payment method being used.
In some cases, your bank or card issuer may place a temporary authorization hold when a payment attempt is made, even if the transaction is later declined. These temporary holds are controlled by your bank, not MerchYeah, and the funds are not received by MerchYeah.
If multiple payment attempts are made, your bank may show multiple temporary holds. These usually clear automatically within 24–48 hours, but your bank or card issuer can provide the most accurate timing and may be able to release the hold sooner.
