What is MerchYEAH?

MerchYEAH is a on-demand printing, fulfillment, and web store service provider.

We provide 100% turn-key eCommerce merchandising solutions for brands, bands, artists, influencers, schools and organizations. MerchYEAH custom prints items on-demand and then packs and ships orders directly to customers. Need a bulk order? We do that too!

What is on-demand printing?

On-demand printing refers to a printing method where products are only produced when they are ordered by a customer. This means that there's no need to keep a large inventory of pre-printed products. MerchYEAH only prints when an item has been ordered. We’ve eliminated the risk of over or under ordering items and the old-school method of pre-printing products in hopes they will all sell.

On-demand printing works by using technology to produce products as they are ordered. This process starts with your design, which you’ll upload to start creating products. When an order is placed, we custom-print the design on the product the customer ordered and fulfill the order by shipping directly to the customer.

What are the benefits of on-demand printing?

No minimum order requirements: With on-demand printing, there's no need to order large quantities of products upfront, making it easier to test out new designs and products.

Flexibility: On-demand printing allows for a wide range of customization options, making it easy to create and offer a wider array of unique custom garments for brands of all sizes.

Cost-effective: On-demand printing eliminates the need for large inventories, which can be expensive to produce and store. This makes it a way more cost-effective option compared to traditional printing methods.

Quick turnaround time: On-demand printing allows for fast production times. Once an order is placed, items are queued for press and are typically printed and ready to ship in just 5-7 business days (excludes weekends and holiday observances).

Can I order just one shirt or a sample?

MerchYEAH has absolutely no minimums. If you've got a cool idea and design for a shirt for yourself or if you want to create the perfect gift for a friend or family member; simply create your item and order directly from yourself at base cost(the base cost is only visible to you).

Need a bulk order? We do that too!

Can I place a bulk order?

Absolutely! MerchYEAH has no minimums or maximums. We can handle bulk orders of any size if you need items for giveaways, if you'll be fulfilling items yourself, or if you have an upcoming event or show.

To get an order started:

  1. Simply upload your design and create your item or choose an existing item currently in your MerchYEAH shop.
  2. Add the items to your cart and then you'll be able enter the exact quantities you need. (You'll receive volume discounts and see your savings in your cart when you order larger quantities your own items.)

How Bulk Pricing Works: When we produce in bulk, production costs come down. We pass along that savings to you by lowering the cost per item. 

What are MerchYEAH’s business hours?

Account Questions

Why can't I login?

Here are some tips & tricks to help if you're having trouble logging in to your MerchYeah account:

Forgot password? If you forgot your password, no worries! If you forgot your password, simply click here.

How can I change my existing password? If you need to change your existing password, log out of your account and click here to create a new one.

Why didn't I receive an email to change my password? Be sure to inspect your spam folder and designate MerchYeah.com as a trusted source. While you should typically receive the new password notification email within a few minutes, please allow up to 15-20 minutes. If you don't receive it immediately, consider checking back a bit later.

Still having trouble? Try these effective troubleshooting suggestions: 

  • Be sure to make sure your Caps Lock is off.
  • Make sure your are using any upper and lower case characters you used when creating your password. 
  • Ensure there are no inadvertent additional spaces or characters.
  • Close all MerchYeah browser windows/tabs and clear cookies and cache.  If possible, try logging in from a different computer or device. 
Can I change the email for my account?

Absolutely! To change the email associated with your account, simply login and go to the user menu at the top of the site and click MY Profile. On the MY Profile page you'll see "Change your login email". Change your email and be sure to click the "Save Profile" button at the bottom of that page.

Where can I find my order history?

To access your order history, log in to your MerchYeah account and from the user menu at the top of the site, click "MY Orders".

How do I create an account?

First off... Welcome to MerchYeah! We're so stoked to have you here.

To create an account, simply click the user icon at the top of the site or click here.

  1. Enter your email and other contact info.
  2. name your shop(pick something cool and memorable).
  3. Select a category for your shop.
  4. Optionally write a brief description for your shop. 
How do I update my personal info for my account?

If you'd like to make updates to your user account, we've made it super easy to update any information.

To update your info, go to the user menu at the top of the site and select "MY Profile" or click here. After you've made your changes, be sure to click the "Save Profile" button at the bottom of the page. 

How can I theme out my shop and change my shop image and header image?

When logged in, go to the user menu at the top of the site and visit "MY Shop Customization" or click here.

On the shop customization page you can:

  • Edit your shop name
  • Change your custom URL
  • Choose either light or dark theme
  • Add or edit your Shop Image, Shop Header Image, and your Shop Logo
How can I change the name of my shop?

When logged in, go to the user menu at the top of the site and visit "MY Shop Customization" or click here.

On the shop customization page you'll be able to easily edit your shop name.

How do I change the URL for my shop?

You can select and edit the URL for your shop any time.

When logged in, go to the user menu at the top of the site and visit "MY Shop Customization" or click here. On the shop customization page you'll be able to easily edit your shop's unique custom URL.

Your shops URL will look like this: www.MerchYeah.com/YourShopName
Please note: If you have a URL you have purchased, please check with your registrar or hosting company for help directing/pointing your URL to you MerchYeah Shop's URL. 

Shipping and Delivery Questions

When will I receive my items?

Once an order is placed, items are custom printed and then are typically ready to ship in approximately 5-7 business days after purchase.

When an order is completed, tracking info is sent directly to the customer. Orders can also be tracked by visiting: www.merchyeah.com/track

How can I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order go to: www.merchyeah.com/track Once an order is placed, items are custom printed and then are typically ready to ship in approximately 5-7 business days after purchase.

What are your shipping rates?

Domestic U.S. shipping rates are based on many factors including weight, destination, number of items contained as part of the order.

To see the rates for your order, simply add items to your cart and proceed through the checkout process. Prior to completing and authorizing your purchase, you will be able to view your order’s shipping rate. Standard domestic (U.S.) shipping rates start at $5.95 and can go up based on the factors listed above. International rates and fees can vary depending on destination country, address and other factors.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely, MerchYEAH accepts orders from all over the globe. Rates and fees can vary. Orders from outside the U.S. can sometimes be subjects to fees, customs duties, and import taxes levied by certain countries. The recipient of an order must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Additional charges, fees, customs duties and taxes must be fulfilled by the order recipient. MerchYEAH has no control over these fees and unfortunately cannot predict what they might be or if they will be applicable.

Where do MerchYEAH orders ship from?

All MerchYEAH orders are currently printed and shipped from our production and fulfillment center located just outside Atlanta, GA.

I accidentally entered the wrong address. How can I get that corrected?

If an order is not yet completed and prepared for shipping, we can sometimes edit and correct address errors. If you need an address edit or updated,  please contact us ASAP via the following link: Contact Us 

What happens if my order is marked “return to sender”?

If a domestic(U.S.) order is returned to us, our team will reach out to verify and/or obtain a revised or corrected address. Once processed, we will ship it back to you at no additional cost. Non-Domestic/International orders are handled on a case-by-case basis.   

My order was never delivered and seems to be lost. What can I do?

Once an order has shipped and departed our fulfillment center, risk of loss is passed to shipping carrier(USPS).

If a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, you would want to reach out to the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or to get more information in regards to the drop-off location. Unfortunately, once an order departs; we can only see the same information you can see and as provided by the shipping carrier.

Customer Questions

Can I cancel an order?

Once an order is placed, items are immediately queued for production. MerchYEAH products are custom printed on-demand specifically for each unique customer. Typically we cannot cancel an order once it has been queued for production. In some cases, if an order can be caught right away, we may be able to cancel the order and process a refund.

Can I edit a current order?

Once an order is in process, items typically cannot be edited. If you need to change the color, size or style of an item you’ve just ordered, please contact us ASAP via Contact Us. We will always do our best to help!

Unfortunately, If you would like to add more items to an existing order that has already been processed, you would need to place a new/separate order for those items.

Do you offer refunds, returns or exchanges?

MerchYEAH products are custom printed on-demand specifically for each unique customer. Because of the nature our custom-made products, we cannot offer refunds, returns or exchanges. Because of the on-demand nature of our services we cannot offer exchanges if you ordered the incorrect size. Always be sure to check the sizing guide for garments prior to placing your order.

Replacement Guarantee - if there is a garment defect or printing issue that can be resolved, we will always do our best to make that right. In those rare situations, we will typically replace the item at no cost to the customer.

Are there garment fit guides so I know what size to order?

On the buying page, for each item you’ll see the sizing and fit guide. Click the link on the page to view the sizing and specifications for the garment or item you are viewing. For fashion fit garments, some customers will often order a size up from their standard-fit shirt size.

What are washing and care instructions?

MerchYEAH provides the best printing and only the best garment brands on the market. We want you and your new favorite shirt to have a enduring long-term relationship together. Always follow the washing and care instructions on your garment’s tag. We also typically recommend washing your garment inside out, in cold water whenever possible, and before it’s worn for the first time.

On certain garments, you may notice a faint box or area around the design where we’ve used a heat-press (big rectangle iron) to lay down the fibers(tiny hairs) on the garment. This is common, intentional and ensures a long-lasting and vibrant print. After you've washed the garment, you will no longer see the box around the design. 

What payment methods do you accept?

MerchYEAH accepts most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. We also accept PayPal. We also think Crypto is cool and will definitely be exploring that as an option for the future.

Is my payment and information secure here?

Absolutely! MerchYEAH works directly with the leading global digital payment processor and uses the most up-to-date encryption security and SSL to ensure transactions are protected, safe, and secure.

I placed an order. When will my payment be processed?

Your payment is processed immediately once you’ve placed an order. Sometimes it can take several hours and up to one full business days for funds to fully process from pending to posted.

My card keeps being declined. What can I do?

MerchYEAH’s payment processor communicates directly with your card issuer and/or bank and automatically accepts or declines the transaction. If your payment is declined or not immediately accepted, please double check your information including, name, card number, CVC, address and zip code. Make sure the information is correct and is the info associated with that card or payment method.

Each time a transaction is attempted, some banks can place temporary holds on funds. Repeatedly attempting transactions can result in multiple held charges. If this happens, those held charges will typically resolve themselves in 24-48 hours, but contacting your bank may help expedite the release of those funds back to your account.

Do you accept pre-paid card like Visa gift cards?

Yes we do! The MerchYEAH payment processor accepts pre-paid cards from Visa, Mastercard, and major card issuers.

Why did my order contain a different garment style, color or brand than what I ordered?

In certain rare instances and in cases such as issues with supply chain, if a garment is out of stock, or if a garment is no longer being produced; we will seek to provide a near-equivalent alternative. Supply chain issues can result in a need to substitute certain garment styles, colors, brands and sizes.

Selling with MerchYEAH

No upfront costs? How is that possible?

Funds gained from the sale of merch pays for the garment, custom printing, order processing, packing, and shipping of the item. Since MerchYEAH items are produced only when sold and on-demand, there is no held stock or upfront costs associated with the pre-printing or warehousing of products.

The base cost of the item + the profit you choose = the retail price charged to the customer.

How do I make money?

When you create items, you set your pricing and decide how much you want to make when an item sells. When you generate sales through your MerchYEAH shop, your profits are collected in your wallet. Funds you earn are transferred to you via PayPal every other week or can be used to purchase you own items at base cost (only visible to you) or can be applied towards bulk orders.

How much will I make for each item sold?

That is the most frequently asked question… to answer that question, we need you to answer 3 questions.

  1. What item/garment are you going to sell?
  2. How large will the print be on the item?
  3. What do you want the retail price of the item to be?

When you create items, you’ll select your items/garments, scale your design, set your pricing, and decide how much you want to make when that item sells.

What happens if nothing sells?

That’s the beauty of on-demand printing. If nothing sells, you of course don’t earn anything, but you also do not have inventory risk or being stuck with merch that just doesn’t sell well. If just one shirts sells, that garment will be professionally and expertly printed with the same level of care and attention to detail as the biggest brands around.

When and how do I get paid?

Once you’re selling, you’ll want to enter your payment details. Profits are prepared, accounted and totaled prior to our recurring payout cycles which process every other week (typically on Fridays). To receive your payout on our recurring cycle and schedule, your current balance must be greater than $10.00 and any current orders must be fully processed and shipped.

How can I check sales and see what I’ve earned?

Your MerchYEAH sales are reported in near real-time when orders are placed. Login and visit your dashboard to view your sales and your current wallet balance.

How will I know when my profits have been paid?

When we process payments as part of our recurring payout cycles, you’ll receive notification via email and will also see the record of your payment in your dashboard.

How many items can I add to my shop?

You can create and add as many products and designs as you’d like.

Do I have to pay taxes on the income and money I earn?

Yes. When your total earning are greater than $600 in a given year, the IRS requires the filing of a W-9 which will be provided directly through PayPal.

Who pays for the shipping and handling?

Customers pay for shipping and handling at checkout based on package weight, destination, number or items contained in the order and other factors. Standard domestic shipping starts at $4.95 and goes up based on the factors listed above. Customer are able to preview their rate at checkout and prior to completing their order.

Who handles sales tax?

Sales tax is charged when a customer places their order and can vary by city, county and state. As part of our services, we file and pay all required sales taxes on orders placed through shops on MerchYEAH.com.

Do you provide designs or graphic design services?

We do not currently offer design services at this time. If you are not adept at creating designs, we work with a lot of amazing artists and may be able to help create a connection.

How do I promote and advertise my shop?

While most brands and shop owners use their social audiences and use paid advertising, it’s completely up to you as to how you want to promote your shop and items. We definitely do our best to make your items visible and searchable via search engines, but we do not actively market your shop or items.

Can I see my customers emails and contact them directly?

We take privacy very seriously and want to provide both sellers and customers with the protection and level of privacy they chose. At checkout, customers are asked if they would like to share their emails with shop owners. If they do opt to share that information, their email address will show on their orders and as part of your customer list.

Why is my wallet balance negative?

In rare situations where an order must be cancelled and refunded, your wallet will show a deleted order with a strike through and red x icon. If the resulting subtracted balance is more than your current earned wallet balance, the result will be a negative balance which will resolved when future profits are earned.

I'm finishing the creation of a new product and it’s asking me to “Tag” the item. What does that mean and what does that do?

While MerchYEAH is a eCommerce service provider, and custom printing company, a turn-key fulfillment provider, and not a shopping destination itself; we do want to make sure items are easily discoverable when seated on the site and across the internet.

Our tagging works similar to hashtags used on social networks. Adding relevant tags to your items can make items more easily searchable and easy to find is a customer forgets or does not have access to the direct link or URL to your shop or item.

Why am I now making more/less per item that when it was sold previously?

Unfortunately, the market for raw goods like cotton, garments, inks, and other market raw materials can fluctuate. Occasionally, our vendors may raise or lower prices. If there is a market change, we always do our best to limit impact to the base costs of garments, but sometimes market changes do occur and pricing must be adjusted.

Can I have multiple shops?

Yes, you are allowed to create multiple shops. You will need to create separate accounts for each shop you operate and use a unique email address for each account.
Many times artists and brands will create multiple shops for the purposes of creating and marketing different niches.

When possible, we do recommend keeping designs in one shop. Generating more traffic to one shop instead or spreading traffic to multiple shops can improve search rankings and visibility.

Can I integrate my MerchYeah shop into my own website?

Most brands, bands, organizations, and artists with existing websites will typically add "shop", "store" or "merch" to the navigation on their site and have their MerchYeah shop open in a new tab or browser window.

For us to do our magic and securely process payments, all orders and transactions must be processed through your shop on MerchYeah.com

Does my design have to be exclusive?

We understand there are a lot of stores and vendors on the internet. We encourage artists and brands to sell in as many places as they can. Your designs do not need to be exclusive to your MerchYEAH shop or MerchYEAH Partner Shop. If you’re selling in brick-and-mortar or at live events, MerchYEAH also offers discounted bulk order pricing for larger quantity orders. Simply add items to your cart to see pricing.

Can customers contact me about the order or is it always through MerchYeah?

As part of our services, we handle all of the customer service for you. Should a customer encounter any type of concern or query, they can easily reach out by clicking on the "Contact MerchYEAH" link conveniently located at the bottom of your shop.

How do I put my items on sale?

Log in and head to My Products & Designs from your menu. Next to each item, you’ll see a Flash Sale icon—click it to access three powerful tools:

Flash Sale: Set a limited-time discount. When the timer expires, the price automatically returns to your regular retail price.
Phase Out: Perfect for retiring older designs. Let fans know it’s their last chance—once the timer ends, the item is auto-removed from your shop.
Limited Release: Create hype and urgency. Use this for designs available for a short window only, then gone for good. These features are built to keep your shop fresh, drive urgency, and keep fans coming back.

What is a Flash Sale?

A Flash Sale is a limited-time discount you can apply to any item in your shop. It’s designed to create urgency and drive quick sales. Once the timer expires, the product automatically returns to your regular retail price.

To turn it on:

  1. Log in to your MerchYeah account.
  2. Go to My Products & Designs.
  3. Click the Flash Sale icon next to the item you want to promote.
  4. Set your sale price, start time, and end time.

That’s it—your Flash Sale will go live at the scheduled time and end automatically.

What is a PhaseOut?

A Phase Out lets you schedule an item to be automatically removed from your shop at a specific date and time. It’s perfect for retiring older designs or creating a “last chance to buy” moment for your fans.

To turn it on:

  1. Log in to your MerchYeah account.
  2. Go to My Products & Designs.
  3. Click the Flash Sale icon next to the item. Choose
  4. Phase Out, then set the date and time you want the item to be removed.

Once the timer ends, the item will automatically disappear from your store—no action needed.

What is a Limited Release?

A Limited Release lets you offer an item for a short window of time—then it’s gone. It’s perfect for exclusive drops, special collabs, or designs meant to build hype and FOMO. Once the timer expires, the item is automatically removed from your shop.

To turn it on:

  1. Log in to your MerchYeah account.
  2. Go to My Products & Designs.
  3. Click the Flash Sale icon next to the item.
  4. Select Limited Release, then set your start and end time.

The item will appear in your shop when the timer starts and disappear when the timer ends—no manual work required.

Art and Designs

How do I upload my design and start creating products?

You’re about to embark on an amazing journey and you’re gonna love creating items using MerchYEAH. 

To get started, just click "Get Started" at the top of the site, or if you’re already signed up and logged in, click “Create New Product”.

What kinds of image/design files do accept?

Every awesome product starts with having your own amazing image or design. MerchYEAH accepts .png and .psd (Adobe Photoshop) files ideally on a transparent background. 

If you have a large unwanted box around your design visible once you’ve uploaded your art, you will want to remove that from your original design file using the application you used to create your original art. Our printing is truly the best in the industry.

Before uploading and creating, and to ensure an amazing final printed product, please review the following:

  • My design is clear and not blurry or pixelated when viewed at 100%.
  • All backgrounds and unwanted design elements have been removed.
  • My design is ideally 300dpi
  • My design is saved at the size it will print (1000px x 1000px is the minimum size allowed)
  • I’ve double-checked all text and verbiage for any typos and errors.
How many colors can be in my design?

With MerchYEAH, there’s no more counting colors like there was with old school printing.

Go crazy with those colors! Your designs can be simple or complex; just one color, or unlimited colors. We know we’re going to blow you away with quality, vibrancy, and the softness of the print. The extreme fine detail we’re able to produce is like nothing you’ve ever seen or experienced before.

How large does my art need to be?

MerchYEAH proudly has one of the largest imprint areas in the business. Our truly massive 13” x 18” max imprint area(dependent on garment) is considered over-sized by industry standards. As part of the creation process, and after uploading your design, you’ll be able to scale and places your design to make you mockup look just the way you want it.

Your image/design should ideally be the size you'll want the design printed and saved at 300dpi. All images/designs must be at least 1000px x 1000px and should be clear and not blurry or pixelated when viewed at 100%.

My design has a big box around it on the mockup. Will it look like that when it prints?

Our amazing MerchYEAH printing and production team is tasked with ensuring your final printed products look as close as possible to the mockups you create.

If you have unwanted backgrounds or elements that are part of your image/design file, you’ll want to be sure to remove those before creating products. If elements or backgrounds are present and can be seen on your mockup, those will very likely be printed and seen on the final printed products.

To delete an item, simply go to MY Library and delete the item and then create a new item using a new art piece. 

How can I ensure my designs are scaled and centered the way I want them?

When creating items, you’ll be able to move, scale and rotate your designs so they look just the way you want them to look. You can also optionally turn guides on and off for a bit more precision.

  • To move your design: Click, hold, and drag your design to the desired location.
  • To scale your design: Click, hold, and drag one of the frame corners as you would with cropping and enlarging tools in most design applications.
  • To rotate your design: Click, hold, and drag the rotate icon located on the top right frame corner.

You don’t have to go crazy about precision. The mockup you create is simply a guide for our amazing print and production team. Our production team will always do their best to properly center and place your design when preparing your art for press.

What kind of presses and print methods do you use?

Internally we choose the perfect press and print method for each design based on different factors like complexity of the design, number of colors, quantity being produced and more.

Most products sold through MerchYEAH and MerchYEAH Partner Shops are typically produced and printed digitally, whereas larger bulk orders and orders of 50+ pieces are often printed using more traditional screen print presses. Be sure to check us out and give us a follow on Facebook, Instagram and all the Social Networks to checkout all of the cool things we’re printing and all of the amazing folks we work with.

Can I order a sample to see your quality?

Absolutely! With absolutely no minimums, you can order your own items at base cost (only visible to you). Simply create you your item and order right from yourself.

How can I ensure my design will be properly centered, placed and scaled?

We have the best printing and production team in the industry. Our team is tasked with ensuring the final printed product looks as close as possible to the mockup you create. Our team will use the mockup you create as their guide, but will always do their best to properly center, places and scale designs so they look as close as possible to your mock. 

Can I add my designs to the fronts and backs of garments?

MerchYEAH you can! When creating your items, you’ll be able to upload an additional design that can be printed on the backs of garments.

Are there any design, content or subject matter restrictions?

MerchYEAH is an open place for social expression. Please do not upload designs that are or could be considered profane, hateful or pornographic. 

MerchYEAH reserves the right to un-publish and remove designs and items at our sole and full discretion. Designs, products, and content can be terminated, removed completely or in part, and limited in terms of accessibility without notice.

Am I giving up my rights to my designs?

Your designs are yours. By working with MerchYEAH, you are simply granting and tasking us with the printing and fulfillment of orders on your behalf. You can delete and remove designs and products at any time, and can also close your shop any time you wish.

Why are the printed colors on the garment different than what I see on screen?

Monitors and mobile devices are backlit RGB screens whereas printed garments are typically printed as CMYK or Process Color. Variations between what you see on screen versus the final printed product is totally normal. Certain ultra-bright colors and colors colors like blues, teals, pinks, and reds can vary and in some cases appear less vibrant that what can be seen on a device’s screen.

How do I change the name of my shop?

To change the name of your shop, login and go to My Account > Shop Customization or click here. Enter your preferred shop name and save the changes by clicking the 'Save Theme Changes' button at the bottom of the page.

How do I change the URL for my shop?

To change the name of your shop, login and go to My Account > Shop Customization or click here. In the Shop URL field enter your desired URL extension which will read as www.MerchYeah.com/YOURSHOPNAME. and click the 'Save Theme Changes' button at the bottom of the page. 

If you have a custom URL for your brand, consult your domain registrar or hosting provider to explore forwarding options to link it with your MerchYeah Shop.

Can I edit the colors of my shop's background, text, and buttons?

Absolutely! Simply login and go to My Account > Shop Customization or click here. Using the color selectors, you'll be able to choose the hex value color for your buttons, background, text, etc.

Pro Tip: Achieve optimal contrast and enhance your shop's design by pairing light-colored buttons with black text and opting for white text if you choose a darker button color.

How do I add/edit my shop's icon, header, and logo?

When logged in, go to go to My Account > Shop Customization or click here.
*All file sizes cannot exceed 16MB.

Shop Icon: Your shop icon is a square image used when displaying your shop on featured pages.  
Accepted file types: png, jpg • Minimum size is 320px x 320px.

Shop Header Image: Your shop header is the primary image displayed at the top of your shop.  
Accepted file types: png, jpg • A width of at least 1920px is recommended. • Minimum size is 640px x 320px. • Maximum size is 3840px x 1200px.

Shop Logo: Your shop logo is displayed at the top of your shop's navigation.  
Accepted file types: png, jpg • Image should be a wide rectangle and at least 240 pixels high. • Minimum size is 600px x 240px.

How do I change the order of items shown in my shop?

To change the order of the items shown in your shop, login and go to MY ACCOUNT > PRODUCT LIBRARY or click here.

Effortlessly rearrange items in your shop by utilizing the drag arrows located on the far left of each item. Simply move items up or down to customize your display.

After you've made changes, be sure to click the "Save New Sort Order" button to save your changes. 

How do I turn off items in my shop?

When logged in, go to MY ACCOUNT > MY PRODUCT LIBRARY or click here. Using the on/off toggle located to the far right of each item, turn items on or off. To save changes, click the "Save New Sort Order" button. 

Items that are turned off for your shop will not be shown or available unless you choose to turn them back on. 

How can I delete a product from my shop?

When logged in, go to MY ACCOUNT > MY PRODUCT LIBRARY or click here. To delete a product entirely and permanently, click the delete trash icon next to the product. 

After clicking 'delete,' a secondary prompt will appear to confirm your intention to remove the product.

How do I edit an existing product?

When logged in, go to MY ACCOUNT > MY PRODUCT LIBRARY or click here. To edit the product, simply click edit. 
You'll then be able to edit the name of the product and the custom URL to the product. 

Please note: After a product is sold, the design's placement and scale cannot be modified to maintain consistency in the final printed product. To make changes to a sold product, kindly delete the existing item and create a new one.

Does MerchYeah have an affiliate program?

Absolutely! Our affiliate program allows you to help spread the word about our services. When you share, you help us grow, and you'll generate recurring commissions from successful shops you bring in.

How does the affiliate program work?
  1. New to MerchYeah? Sign up now and get started. (Note: This program is for current and active shop owners only).
  2. Once accepted into the program, you’ll receive a unique signup link to share and help us welcome new MerchYeah shop owners. New signups will receive a $5 credit to their account.
  3. As a thank you, you’ll earn up to $1 for each garment they sell.  Kindly take note: Commissions are capped for bulk orders and orders exceeding 5 items.
Where can I find my affiliate link?

If you've been accepted into our affiliate program, you'll go to the user icon at the top of the site. From the user menu, visit: MY Affiliate Dashboard. From that page you'll be able to copy your link, share socially, and email your link to friends, family, fans, and colleagues. Please note: The MY Affiliate Dashboard will not show unless you have been accepted into the affiliate program.

How much are affiliates paid?

When new shop owners sign up through your affiliate link, you'll earn up to $1 for each MerchYeah! gamrent sold from their shop. Please note: Commissions will be capped for bulk orders and orders exceeding 5 items.

How do I collect my affiliate commission payout?

Your MerchYeah sales and affiliate commissions are reported in near real-time when orders are placed. Login and go to "MY Affiliate Dashboard" to view your sales and your current wallet balance. As commissions gain momentum, you'll enjoy a consistent stream of profits arriving every two weeks, seamlessly deposited into your PayPal account. To receive your payout on our recurring cycle and schedule, you current balance must be greater than $10.00 and any current orders must be fully processed and shipped.

When are affiliate commissions paid?

Once you’re selling, you’ll want to enter your payment details. Profits are prepared, accounted and totaled prior to our recurring payout cycles which process every other week (typically on Fridays). To receive your payout on our recurring cycle and schedule, your current balance must be greater than $10.00 and any current orders must be fully processed and shipped.

How do I make sure I get credit for the new shops I bring in?

To receive commissions, new shops must sign up directly and only through your unique affiliate link. Please note & understand: Shops who have signed up previously or through any other link cannot be claimed after the fact. 

How can I check affiliate commissions and see what I’ve earned?

Your MerchYEAH sales and commissions are reported in near real-time when orders are placed. Login and go to MY Affiliate Dashboard to view your sales and your current wallet balance.

How will I know when my commissions have been paid?

When we process payments as part of our recurring payout cycles, you’ll receive notification via email and will also see the record of your payment in your dashboard.

Do I have to pay taxes on affiliate commissions and the money I earn?

Yes. When your total earning are greater than $600 in a given year, the IRS requires the filing of a W-9 which will be provided directly through PayPal.

Why is my wallet balance negative?

In rare situations where an order must be cancelled and refunded, your wallet will show a deleted order with a strike through and red x icon. If the resulting subtracted balance is more than your current earned wallet balance, the result will be a negative balance which will resolved when future profits are earned.

Why is the $1 for each item capped at 5 items?

When we produce in bulk, production costs come down. We pass along that savings to shop owners by lowering the cost per item. To keep costs low for shop owners and customers, we do have to cap Affiliate Commissions at 5 items on a single order.

Why isn't my affiliate link showing up in my user menu?

Our affiliate program is only open by invitation to marketers, influencers, and to shop owners who have made at least one sale and are actively using MerchYeah and its services. To request an invitation to the program, pop us a message so we can learn more about you and your brand.

Can I be banned or removed from the affiliate program?

Misuse of the program can result in being banned and removed from the affiliate program and being banned from MerchYeah completely. You are solely responsible for all activity on your account while accessing or using the site. The site is intended for the purposes outlined as part of our terms and policies. We reserve the right to delete, edit, remove any content posted on the site for any reason and without notification. We reserve the right to unpublish, limit access, delete content, accounts, and users for any reason and without notification.

Common Support Questions

When I try to upload my design, I’m getting an error message. What can I do?

If you receive an error message, receive an upload failed message, or if your file times out; definitely be sure to check your file type, size of the file and the resolution of your design. Typically if a design cannot be used, MerchYEAH will show you a message with more information regarding why the file cannot be accepted.

MerchYEAH accepts both .png and .psd (Adobe Photoshop) files. Your designs must be at least 1000px x 1000px and no larger that 20MB. If your design in an unsupported file type like a jpeg or .jpg or if you file is too large or too small; you will definitely receive a “Upload Failed” message.

Can I upload designs and create items from my phone or tablet?

While you can launch from mobile devices, we definitely recommend using a laptop or desktop when launching to take advantage of the precision and clarity of a large screen.

I’m on the last step of the creation process and the loader just keeps spinning and nothing appears to be happening. What can I do?

The final step of the item creation process can take several moments and even a few minutes to complete. There is definitely a lot of magic going on behind the scenes to finalize the product. Please be patient, but should the process take more than 1-2 minutes, please let us know.

What are intellectual property rights and how do they affect the design I use to create items on MerchYEAH?

Intellectual property rights protect brands and individuals from the unauthorized use of original content. We take the violation of copyright and trademarks very seriously. If you believe a MerchYEAH shop owner or someone using our services has violated your copyright, trademark, or has used your intellectual property improperly and without authorization; please message us so we can help.

What are some examples of protected materials and properties?

MerchYEAH Shop Owners and MerchYEAH Partner Shops are solely responsible for the content and designs they use.  Shop owners and partner shops may face infringement charges if they use protected materials and/or the intellectual property without authorization.Protected materials may include, but are not limited to: logos, designs, images associated with brands, companies, sports teams, bands, music labels, movies and TV shows, characters,  etc.

By creating products and garments through MerchYEAH, shop owners and users acknowledge that they are the original creator of the content they use or that they have the express permission of the rights holder to use the content.

How are intellectual property disputes handled?

If you believe a MerchYEAH Shop Owner or MerchYEAH Partner Shop is using your intellectual property without authorization, please message right away. MerchYEAH does not endorse the use of stolen material. All claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and we will always do our best to act swiftly to remove content and designs that are shown to be unauthorized and infringing.

Can I use fan art or designs inspired by someone else’s work?

According the US Department of Commerce, the designs you use for MerchYEAH products must be “sufficiently original” and “sufficiently distinguishable”. For more information, we recommend visiting the website for the US Department of Commerce. If you use designs similar to or containing the Intellectual Property of a person or brand, it is highly suggested that you have documented permission from the owner to use the design.

Termination and removal of an items and/or shops?

In rare situations and at MerchYEAH’s discretion, items and shops can be terminated and removed from the site completely or in part, can be limited in terms or accessibility, or hidden from pages or public areas of the site.

MerchYEAH also reserves the right to terminate use of the site and user accounts based solely on its own discretion. Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions, policies, and other forms of misconduct can result in the immediate termination a removal of items and shops without notice.

By using MerchYEAH and it’s services, you agree that MerchYEAH will not be liable to you or any third party for the termination of your access to the service, shops or items in whole or in part. Please fully review our terms of service before using MerchYEAH.
